Anna Borzeszkowska
CPCC; Certified Cancer Journey Coach; Certified Mindfulness MBSR Teacher; Caregiver
I wanted to be a doctor, but I became a lawyer. I’ve been working for big corporations for 22+ years. During that time I’ve held various positions, starting in finance and moving to Human Resources. My current role is HR Director for EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India & Africa). I am passionate about people and business. Working in a multicultural environment, supporting business, helping people to develop, grow, and succeed inspires me very much.
I have recently developed an Oncology Foundation, and I have plans for further actions and initiatives supporting cancer patients and caregivers. In my free time I travel a lot, ride a bike, run, spend time with my family and friends.
My motto is: You don’t know how far you can go unless you run. So . . . just run.
An interview with Anna:
What inspires you to get up in the morning? I wake up in the morning with acceptance for what the new day will bring. There is always something new and exciting for me. New people, new things to do, new adventure, new learning opportunities. I wake up in the morning with curiosity, which inspires me the most.
What are you scared of? I am most scared of living without passion and without my Family.
People often underestimate the power of . . . their own potential. I strongly believe that everyone has something unique and special. Sometimes we are too scared to discover and develop that.
I am in my power when . . . I live and work with passion: working with people, caring about others, learning new things, creating and executing new plans. Living in NOW and HERE gives me a lot of power and allows me to be where I need to be.
If you could have one super power, what would you choose? I would run ultra-marathons and I would climb Mount Everest.
