Throughout the year, we offer special and discounts including periodic Early Bird promotions. Attendees of our "A Taste of Training" Workshop also receive a discount code to be used toward either the Fundamentals or Certification Programs. Additionally, you can apply for a merit-based scholarship, which can cover the full or partial cost of the Fundamentals Program upon acceptance. Outside of these opportunities from the Cancer Journey Institute, many of our past trainees' tuition was subsidized by an organization or company they work with.

We know that everyone's situation is different, so we wanted to provide options. Aside from completing your tuition payment in full, our payment plan is available for those that prefer to spread out their payments. Once you select and pay for the initial installment, the following payments are automatically charged to your chosen payment method each month on the same day that your first payment was completed. Sometimes you have to start and try out a program to know if it's the right fit for you. While we are confident in our curriculum and methodology, it's not going to be perfect for everyone, which is why we offer this Money Back Guarantee. Between your date of payment and the second Friday after our Program starts, you have the ability to leave the Fundamentals Program and get a full refund for the amount you've paid. To take advantage of this Money Back Guarantee, you must submit an email to [email protected] before the Friday following our second session at 11:59pm PT. For example, if the first day of our Fundamentals Program is Wednesday the 8th, then the last day to confirm your exit and get your full refund is Friday the 17th.

The Financial Agreement applies to all Cancer Journey Institute payment plans, and completion of registration using this payment option indicates your agreement. This document simply states that you agree to pay the amount with the associated duration you selected at checkout. For the Fundamentals Program, the main payment plan option is $775 per month for 4 months, which includes a minimal administrative fee. The Money Back Guarantee overrides the agreement if you submit confirmation that you are leaving the Fundamentals Program by the Friday following our second session at 11:59pm PT. To be eligible for scholarship consideration, all interested parties must submit the Scholarship Application. This can be completed before or after initial Registration, however the timing of your application submission may be a factor in the decision making process. The Cancer Journey Institute offers both partial and full scholarships based on merit represented in the application.

Our scholarships come from the Cathy Ritter Memorial Fund honoring the positive impact and love that our original Community Concierge brought to the Cancer Journey Institute.
