By knowing your Strengths, you gain a deeper understanding of your gifts, resources for your success, and compassion for yourself and others. This Advanced Training is available for Fundamentals or Certification participants who desire to leverage their Strengths knowledge and deepen their practice. This 6-week Program not only clarifies the complexities of each Strength, but also gives a wider view of the impact on you as a coach as well as your clients.
