Anna has 33 years of experience working in corporations in international business as an HR director in Poland, Europe, Africa and India.
She is an ICC, EMCC coach, Cancer Coach, psycho-oncologist, and a certified Mindfulness teacher. She runs the Institute for Stress Reduction and Personal
Development. It supports people in the area of professional and personal changes, burnout, loss, coping with stress and broadly understood development. By conducting workshops, Anna promotes mindfulness in business and personal life. She runs 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction courses (MBSR) and dedicated workshops based on Mindfulness and Self-Compassion for groups and individuals. She also completed studies in psycho-oncology at SWPS in Warsaw. She works with people affected by cancer, supporting them in the recovery process and in building a new life after illness and loss. She founded and runs the Unexpected Journey Oncological Foundation. Anna also conducts Mindfulness workshops for people with chronic pain and cancer. She is constantly looking for something new and develops in life in many areas, thus expanding her work skills. Anna loves trekking in the mountains, cycling, running, contact with nature in all its forms, painting intuitively, playing bowls and gongs.
