Rhandee Lipp
Certified Cancer Journey Coach; Certified Wisdom Healing Qigong Teacher & Coach

I am continuously inspired by the resiliency in people when they are facing crushing life challenges. I have been in the business of helping people live the fullest lives possible my entire adult life. I worked several decades as a speech-language pathologist helping people communicate; the skill that makes us most human. When I had my own health crisis in 2009 which was described as progressive and incurable, I found Wisdom Healing Qigong. I healed my dis-ease through my qigong practice and quickly became a Certified Qigong Teacher so I could support other people on healing journeys.

While teaching local Qigong classes in my community, I attracted many students on a journey with cancer. In addition to my students, several dear friends were on journeys with cancer as well. It was an honor and privilege to walk beside these courageous, amazing humans. I felt called to do life coaching, but I had not found a program that resonated with me until a phone call with Shariann Tom, our founder and president of The Cancer Journey Institute. By the end of our conversation, I could not wait to sign up for the training. When I met Keri and Shariann in person, I knew I had found my new tribe. I feel as if all my Qigong students and friends that journeyed with cancer led me to the Cancer Journey Institute which feels like home.

An interview with Rhandee:

What inspires you to get up in the morning? My innate positivity! I generally wake up raring to go and excited to begin my day.

What are you scared of? I’m scared of sky diving, bungee jumping and basically anything that involves heights and dangling or any sort. I’m also a little creeped out by spiders even though I know we need them in the ecosystem.

People often underestimate the power of . . . humor and chocolate!

I am in my power when . . . I have compassion for myself whether I am in the peaks or the valleys of my life.

If you could have one super power, what would you choose? That I could wave a magic wand and quiet the mind enough for people to hop off the hamster wheel!
